Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Upon Registration NSTI generally expects full tuition payment for the registered Class and/or Seminar. If the participant's sponsor requires an invoice before making a full payment, the participant may select "Invoice" for the method of payment. Please wait 24-48 hours for an official invoice to be mailed to you. The balance of the full tuition will be required on and no later than the 22nd calendar day prior to the first day of class. If payment is not received by the deadline the student will be assumed to have cancelled their placement.
Any participant who registers for NSTI training and subsequently decides to cancel their enrollment may have their tuition applied to the enrollment of a replacement participant of their choosing. The replacement and paid tuition may only be applied to the class that the participant originally signed up for.
Cancellation notifications received by NSTI 22 or more calendar days prior to the first day of the registered class will result in a full refund of any and all tuition payments received.
Cancellation notifications (without replacement participants) received by NSTI 21 or fewer calendar days prior to the first day of the registered class will result in partial or full forfeitures as follows:
